How to Create Branches


Navigation :-  Go to Browse Menu --> Administration --> Branches --> Add Branch

 

     Following the navigated path you will be directed to the small window which will allow you to create new branch in your  ERP system.

 

                                                                                             

                     

Enter the branch detail


It include mandatory as well as optional details 

*  indicates Mandatory field which need to get filled compulsory are as follows.

1) Branch code

2) Branch name

3) Branch type

4) City

5) State

Fields unmarked are optional field need to be filled or not depends on user

 Click On "Save"  will add Branch

 Click on "Cancel" , will discard the Creation of Branch

 

After completing above steps You can see the new added branch in branch list , click on it and window will appear as like the image shown below.

 

Add courses

 

As shown above courses can be added to the relevant branch , To do so follow the steps mentioned.

 

1) From the branch list select the branch 

2) right click on courses  menu .

3) Click on associate courses. 

4) Add the courses to the branch.

5)Click on select option.

6) click on cancel option will not allow to add course.

 

Add classroom

 

As shown above ,Classroom can be added to the relevant branch , To do so follow the steps mentioned.

 

1) From the branch list select the branch 

2) right click on classroom menu .

3) Click on add class Room.

4)Enter the classroom details :-

  • Name of the Classroom (Mandatory)
  • Capacity of Classroom (Mandatory)
  • BioMetric Device (Optional)

    BioMetric Device - You can add ID of the biometric device of classroom (If Available) 

5)Click on save option will save the changes mentioned.

6) Click on cancel option will discard creation of classroom .

 

Add staff

 

  Staff/faculty or trainees can be allocated for the relevant branch ,follow the below mentioned steps:-

 

1) From the branch list select the branch 

2) right click on staff's  menu .

3) Click on add staff.

4) Add the staff  to the branch by just tick before  faculty name.

5) Click on "Select" to add the staff to Branch

6) Click on "Cancel" to Discard staff association to Branch.


Edit branch

 

To Edit the branch detail follow the below mentioned steps 

1) From the branch list select the branch 

2) Right click on edit menu at upside right corner of your screen .

3)Edit the detail like.

  • Branch code
  • Branch name
  • Description
  • Branch type
  • City
  • State
  • sub organization

4) Click on save option will save the edited changes  .

5) Click  on Cancel option will discard the changes.
