How to Create Batch
Navigation - Go to Browse Menu --> Batches --> Add Batch
As You Click on Add Batch, You will be prompted to create a batch in ERP system as shown in below image.
Enter the Details of Batch
- Batch Name (Mandatory)
- Branch (Mandatory)
- Start Date (Mandatory)
- End Date (Mandatory)
- Timing :From(optional)
- Timing: To (optional)
- Capacity (Mandatory)
- Click On "Save", if you wish to add Branch.
- Click on "Cancel", if you wish to discard the Creation of Branch
Once the Batch is added, You can check the added Batch in the list. Click on the recently created batch and verify the details related to batch
Subjects Association to Batch
To Add subjects to the Batch.
- Click on "Add Subject" .
- Select Subjects for that Batch as shown in Below Image.
- Click on "add" to add the subjects to Batch
- Click on "Cancel" to discard subject association to Batch.
Update Faculty for each Subject
To Update the Faculty for each associated subject.
- Click on "Update Faculty"option in front of each associated subject.
- Select Faculties allocated for that particular subject.
- Click on "Select" will allocate faculty.
- Click on "Cancel"will not allocate faculty.
Edit batch
To edit any field, click on edit option as shown in fig, Fill all the details
- Click on "save" to save the changes
- Click on "Cancel" to discard the changes done
Delete batch
Click on delete batch option will delete the batch from the list.
