Navigation - Go to Browse Menu --> Administration --> Users --> Add Users

Following the navigated path you will be directed to the small window which will allow you to create new user, where information related to user need to be filled as shown below.

Enter the Details of User

 

 It include mandatory as well as optional details

*  indicates Mandatory information which need to get filled compulsory are as follows

1) First name

2) Last name

3) Mobile number

4) Gender

5) Email id

6) Username

7) Role

8) Show Report


  • Click On "Save"  will add User
  • Click on "Cancel" , will discard the Creation of User.
  • Note : Mobile No and Email ID should be unique for every user. Duplicate values for Mobile No and Email ID will not be accepted by system
  • Show Reports option is only viewed under the role of Administrator, Branch administrator, and Counselor
  • After creating new user you can check the name of user in the user list.


Edit User Details

1) From the user list select the user  whose detail  need to be edited.

2) Click on edit option. 

3) Edit the relevant information.

4) Save the details.

5) Click on cancel option will discard the edited information

  • You can edit the information are as foll:-
  • First name
  • middle name
  • last name
  • Email ID
  • Mobile No
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • User name
  • Role

Associate branch

Steps to associate new branch for user

1) From the user list select the user 

2) right click on branches menu.

3) Click on associate branch.

4)Include the branch need to be associated.

5)Click on the select option .

6) Click on cancel option would not add branch to the user.


Associate subjects


Note:- Subject association is  required for the role  of  faculty or trainees


Steps to associate new subjects  for user

1) From the user list select the user 

2) right click on subjects  menu .

3) Click on associate subjects .

4) Add the subjects by right click before particular one.

5)Click on select option.

6) click on cancel option will not allow to add subject.


Allowed IPs


  • Ip address can allow user to access the system
  • Every user is allotted with specified IP
  • Enter the particular IP
  • Click on add button
  • Click on Cancel will not initialize IP to user
