How to Add Enquiry
Navigation:- Go to Browse Menu --> Enquiries --> Add Enquiry
Following the navigated path you will be directed to the small window which will allow you to add enquiry in your ERP system
Enter the Enquiry detail.
Enter the Basic Details of Enquiry
- First Name (Mandatory)
- Middle Name (Optional)
- Last Name (Mandatory)
- E-Mail ID (Optional)
- Mobile No (Mandatory)
- Enquiry Date(Mandatory)
- Gender (Mandatory)
Click On "Continue" , to add more details of Enquiry.
Click on "Cancel" , if you wish to discard the Creation of Enquiry
Once you Click on Continue, you will be prompted to add personal details..
Add personal details:-
All the fields are Optional here and and fields are like:-
- Address
- City
- pincode
- administration
- father occupation
- mother occupation
- Click on "Previous" to go to the previous page
- Click on "Next" to add Branch-Course Details
- Click on "Cancel" to discard Creation of enquiry
Add Branch-Course Details:-
- Click On "Save" to add the Enquiry.
- Click on "Cancel" to discard the creation of Enquiry.
- Click on "Previous" to go to the previous page.
- Once the Enquiry is added, You can check the added Enquiry in the list.
- You can search the enquiry by first name or last name or contact number.
- When you search for an enquiry by name you can see the following image
Edit Enquiry
Navigation: - Enquiries --> Click on Enquiry Name --> Profile-->Edit Profile
Edit Enquiry Details
- To Edit any Enquiry Details, Click On Enquiry No, Once you click on Enquiry No, There is "Edit profile" Option at the upper right corner.
- You Can Edit detail and Save the changes.
