How to Add Admission.

Navigation Go to Browse Menu --> Admission --> Add Admission

.


Following the navigated path you will be directed to the small window which will allow you to add new Add Admission

 in your  ERP system.


Enter the Basic Details of Admission.

 

  • First Name (Mandatory)
  • Middle Name (Optional)
  • Last Name (Mandatory)
  • E-Mail ID (Mandatory)
  • Mobile No (Mandatory)
  • Enrollment Date (Mandatory)
  • Branch (Mandatory)
  • Course (Mandatory)

Click On "Continue" , to add Fees details of Admission.

Click on "Cancel" , if you wish to discard the Creation of Admission.



Once you Add Basic details, Click on Continue to add Fees Details.


Note : You add Fees Structure in administration for multiple courses. At the time of admission, Fees Details comes according to selection of course. The course which you select , the fees structure related to that course comes at the time of admission.


Click on "Next" , to schedule the installment plan.

Click on "Cancel" to discard the creation of admission.



Click on "Save" to add the admission.

Click on "Cancel" to Discard the admission.

Note:- Click on “save” will promote to next window i.e., Capture photo


  • Once the admission is added, you can check the admission in list. The Details will be available clicking on admission no.
  • The Fees Details for any admission will be visible as shown in below image.



You can print Receipt and Invoice for paid Installments.


How to Edit Student Profile.


    You can add more details of a student, Profile includes Address and parent Details, Academic details. Go to Student details and update his profile.

Address and Parents Details


Academic details.

Navigation - Admission -->Profile --> Academic details--> Add academic details.

Fill the details are as foll:-

  • Standard
  • Board/University
  • School/College Name
  • Percentage
  • Year

Click on “Add” will save the academic details.

Click on “Cancel” will not allow to add academic details


How to assign Batches to a student.

To Assign Batch to any student, go to details of that student and assign batch for every allotted subjects.



Once you allocate batch, The batch details will be visible as shown in below image.  

 

How to check attendance.

  • Click on attendance will show total report 
  • Select the date range 
  • Click on submit will display attendance report
  • Click on cancel will discard showing report




Attendance report can also be printed by clicking on tab print attendance report

  • Click on "submit" will display attendance report
  • Click on "cancel" will discard showing report

Display exam report

  • Click on Exam tab
  • Select  the particular  subject
  • Click on print Exam tab can print the report
