Fee Structure .


Navigation - Go to Browse Menu --> Administration --> Fee Structure--> Add fee structure


            Following the navigated path you will be directed to the small window which will allow you to add new Fee Structure in your  ERP system.

Fee Structure include the basic Details , which need to fill are as followed:-

1) Name (mandatory)

2) course (mandatory)

3) Description (optional)

Continue --> will forward you to new page shown below i.e, Set Fees.

Cancel --> will discard the new fees allocation for the course.


Set fees allow the allocation of fees structure for the particular course

1) Initially enter the minimum initial payment amount

2) Enter Fee name

3) Enter total fees of course

4) If user need to add extra fees click on add fees option

5 ) Also tick the checkbox if user want to add discount


Click On "Next"  will promote you to Select Branches window.

Click on "Cancel" will cancel fee structure .

Click on "Previous" will take you again to Basic detail window.



Select the branches for the course for which fees has been allocted, by just click on cheks box

Click On "Save"  will save the fee structure for allocated course.

Click on "Cancel" will cancel fee structure.

Click on "Previous" will take you back to set Fees window.



                After performing all above steps, go to course list , select the course whose fees structure has been allocated. It will appear as shown above.


Associate Branches

 Branch association can be achive using foll steps:-

1) From the course list select the course

2) At right side click on associate branches

3) Click on required branch.

Click On "Save" associate branch for the course.

Click on "Cancel" will cancel branch allocation.

Edit Fees structure.

Fees structure can be edited using foll path:-

1) select the course which need tobe edited

2) Click on the edit option at right corner of your screen

3) editing window will appear

4) editing include

  • Name
  • discription
  • minimum initial payment amount

Click On "Save"  will save the edited changes.

Click on "Cancel" will cancel the changes .


 Add and Reset fees.


Rather than alloction we can add and reset fees are as foll:-

1)  From the course list select the course

2) Click on edit option.

3) Click on add fees option, user can add no of fees detail using add fees

4) Reset option can reset all the added fees.
